The lines that were altered, omitted, and packaged, translated, and passed out
Through hands that had habits of shaping
The message to match what they wanted established.
So tell me what's safer
When pages get edited.
How can you swear
That the source is definitive?
I'm not
Going to worship a version somebody
Invented just cuz generations before me
Accepted it.
I followed the questions
Instead of the crowd.
Big through the answers and filtered them out.
Kept what
Resonated, rejected the doubt.
